On October 18 2023, a training with the theme “Corrective Action by 8D Problem Solving Concept” was held to increase cohesiveness, corrective action documentation and comprehensive problem solving. This event was organized for PT Luhai Industrial by a trusted client, Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The training lasted 4 hours with the participation of 31 people.
The speakers at this event consisted of a training team from Gajah Tunggal Tbk, consisting of Mr. Hasan as the main speaker, Mrs. Mutia responsible for data collection, and Mrs. Anggi as a field observer. All three are providers of professional human resource training and coaching services who have extensive experience in their fields.
The training material begins with a creative approach using image logic. Participants are invited to form images according to given commands, provoking a cognitive response. After that, the training continued with an explanation of the evolution of quality concepts, various concepts in problem solving, and a focus on the application of the 8D concept which has been implemented by various automotive industries including Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
During the training session, participants were given an in-depth understanding of the form and how to use the 8D concept. They also engage in real case simulations that allow them to apply the concepts learned directly. The main objective of this training is to improve performance in problem solving at PT Luhai Industrial.
One of the interesting things about this event is its fun and interactive approach. The training does not only focus on academic material, but also includes elements of games, discussions and interactions between participants. Apart from that, there was also a presentation of prizes by the Gajah Tunggal Tbk Training Team, which added to the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the participants.
