On September 9 2023, PT Luhai Industrial held an interesting training event with the theme “Work Together & Be A Winning TEAM”. This event was attended by 56 employees with the aim of increasing cohesiveness, centripetal strength, and building self-confidence within the team. In this event, Ronny Siagian, founder of R.S.I. (Ronny Siagian Institute), was the main speaker who inspired participants with innovative training materials.
Ronny Siagian Institute, an institution providing professional human resource training and coaching services which was founded in 2017 by Ronny Siagian, has brought valuable enthusiasm and knowledge to this event. The training material begins with a focus on the 3H: Open Head, Open Heart, and Open Hands. Although this concept may have been heard before, in this training participants are invited to open their minds, hearts and actions. The goal is to bring a deeper understanding of the importance of cooperation, empathy and active involvement in a team.
